Cascade carries a full line of weld studs and equipment; headed concrete anchors 1/4” to 5/8” diameter, to 10” long, shear connectors 3/4” to 1” diameters to 12” in length, deformed bar anchors 1/2”, 5/8” and 3/4” diameters to 60” length, with longer lengths being special order items, fully thread / pitch diameter studs, all parts include ferrules. Stainless steel studs, 304 / 316 can be special ordered. Rental tools are also available for you by the week or month, please check with us on doing the work for you.

Capabilities:

Cascade has the tools to produce your parts with threaders (Right hand and Left hand), benders (1-1/4” cold), iron worker (120 ton), cold saws (4” capacity), band saws, drill presses (2” drill, 1-8 tap). We stock round bar stock from 1/2” to 2-1/2” in F1554 grades 36, 55 and 105, also low carbon plate and stainless steel round bar stock in grades 304 and 316. Cascade also has a spray paint booth with over 80 colors of paint to color match your screws for the metal building industry.

If you need a tension control (TC) bolt, ASTM F1852 (A325) or F2280 (A490) we have stock in diameters from 5/8” to 1-1/8” and lengths up to 6” with special orders to 8” long both domestic and import with full lot traceability. Also stocked are the domestic TC bolts F1852 (A325) in a mechanical galvanized finish, ASTM B695 class 55. We can also offer you installation tools for purchase or rent by the week or month and can help you with set-up and installation procedures.

Cascade Nut and Bolt stocks all of your ASTM A325 and A490 structural bolts with the matching nuts and flat washers in plain and hot dipped galvanized, domestic and imports.
